Yes. Many clients choose Marin Green Clean specifically because they want a cleaner home without strong chemical odors around children, pets, and family spaces. We still recommend letting us know about any sensitivities, pets, or special household needs before service begins.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Many recurring clients provide access through a key, lockbox, garage code, or other agreed method. Trust and consistency matter in residential cleaning, so access arrangements are handled carefully and directly with each client.
How do you handle pets?
We are comfortable working around pets, but every home is different. Some clients keep pets in a separate room, some provide instructions, and others prefer to secure pets during the visit. The important thing is to tell us what keeps your pet and our cleaners comfortable.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand schedules change and are happy to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible. Because recurring appointments reserve dedicated time for each client, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee, particularly for recurring services where time has already been reserved for the visit.
Is there a fee for overdue balances?
We understand schedules change and are happy to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible. Because recurring appointments reserve dedicated time for each client, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled service will be charged at the full rate for the scheduled visit.
